What you'll do

Upon arrival of your cruise, the guide will be waiting for you with the Shore2Shore identification sign.

Tenerife is one of the most important islands of the Canary archipelago; it is the provincial capital of the islands of La Palma, La Gomera, and El Hierro. It is home to the Teide National Park, known worldwide for its beauty and for being the Teide, the highest peak in Spain, standing at 3,715 meters above sea level.

We will ascend from Santa Cruz de Tenerife through La Esperanza heading towards the Teide National Park, crossing the island’s central mountain range through the La Esperanza mountains until reaching the Mirador de La Tarta. At 2,120 meters high, at the highest point of the Orotava Valley, this viewpoint offers spectacular views of the Orotava Valley and the Teide rising above the sea of clouds.

We will continue the visit passing very close to the Teide Astrophysical Observatory (Izaña Observatory). Once in the Teide National Park, we will make a stop to have a snack, rest, and eat something (not included in the tour price).

Afterwards, we will cross a large part of the volcanic area to reach the Roques de García (2,100 meters high).

As the last stop before returning to the port, we will stop at 2,300 meters altitude in the Corral del Niño area to say goodbye to this day in the clouds.

Return to the port at the end of the excursion and farewell.
