What you'll do

Upon arrival of your cruise, pick-up at the port by our guide, identified with the Shore2Shore sign.

Piran is a coastal town located in the southwest of Slovenia on the Adriatic Sea coast, an administrative center and one of the most important tourist spots in the country.

The city is the best-preserved cultural monument of the Istria region and its architecture reflects the influence of the Republic of Venice. Throughout this time, it has maintained the medieval structure of narrow and winding streets, clustered houses built in a cascade, numerous squares and churches, and direct contact with the sea.

The Tartini square, which adorns the center of the historic district, is named after the famous violinist Giuseppe Tartini, who made the name of Piran known to the world, and whose statue is its main point of interest.

We continue towards Portoroz, a small medieval town that earned its fame and wealth from salt production from the salt pans, some of the largest in this region in the past. Today they are abandoned. The salt pans and their natural components have been an attraction for visitors; their beneficial health effects allowed the development of tourism in Portoroz, and in the 19th century, the first hotels and spas were built.

At the end of the excursion, we will return to the port for the farewell.
