What you'll do
Upon arrival of your cruise, pickup by our guide at the port, identified with the Shore2Shore sign.
Despite its northern location, the city of Molde enjoys a relatively mild climate due to the warm Gulf Stream of the Atlantic.
Molde has been rebuilt twice, first after a fire in 1916 and again after heavy bombings during World War II.
Our pleasant sightseeing tour of this beautiful city begins with a walk through the oldest area of Molde.
We will also pass by the town hall, famous for its beautiful rose garden and the statues of Rosepiken (the Rose Maiden) and Jazzgutten (the Jazz Boy), before reaching the Varden Viewpoint.
From here, 407 meters above sea level, there is a wonderful view of the city of Molde, the fjords and islands, and its famous panorama with its 222 peaks partially covered in snow.
Our tour will continue past the spectacular Hotel Seilet and the Aker stadium before heading towards Harøyfjorden. From here we will have a view of Aukra, one of the largest gas suppliers.
Then we will pass by another fjord called Malmefjorden and make a stop for photos.
Finally, there will be time for a short break at Skarstua with its beautiful lake.
This area is an excellent starting point to experience the countryside, including nature trails, walking paths, running tracks, and many lakes for fishing.
We will be able to take a walk through this beautiful nature before returning to Molde.

Our guide will be waiting outside of the fence at the exit gate (approx. 5 meters/20 feet/5 yards from the cruise) identified with a SHORE2SHORE sign.
Please do not attempt to find the bus by yourself. Please locate our personnel and they will guide you to the bus.
