Nordic beauty among lakes and viewpoints
Shore excursion from port of Geiranger, Norway
- Duration 3h
- Activity level low
What you'll do
Upon arrival at the port, you should head to the meeting point indicated on your voucher, next to the Joker supermarket, where our guide, identified with the Shore2Shore sign, will be waiting to start an unforgettable adventure through one of the most stunning landscapes in Norway.
We will begin our route along the road leading to the beautiful Djupvatn Lake, nestled at the foot of Dalsnibba Mountain, at an altitude of 1,030 meters. This lake, often covered with ice for much of the year, offers a dreamlike landscape.
Here you will have time to rest, admire the natural surroundings, and, if you wish, enjoy a hot drink in one of the cozy wooden cabins (drinks not included).
Along the way, you can marvel at the diverse flora and fauna, the deep blue lakes, the nearby glaciers, and the breathtaking views of the majestic Dalsnibba Mountain.
On the return to the port, we will make a final stop at the Flydal viewpoint, a must-see for any visitor to Geiranger. From here, you can admire the fjord in all its splendor, surrounded by steep peaks and a mountainous landscape that will remain etched in your memory.
At the end of the excursion, we will return to the port of Geiranger to say goodbye.
Thank you for choosing Shore2Shore and enjoying this experience with us!
