Walking tour of Amsterdam

Upon arrival at the port, our Shore2Shore guide will be waiting for you with an identification sign to begin an unforgettable experience in this vibrant and charming city.

We will explore Amsterdam in the most dynamic and entertaining way, guided by a professional who will reveal the secrets and historical splendor of the city.

We will start with a 3-hour walking tour of the old town, organized in small groups of no more than 15 people per guide for a more personalized experience. During the tour, we will visit the most iconic places:

• Central Station, the majestic central station of the city.
• The Church of Saint Nicholas, patron saint of sailors.
• The famous Dam Square, the heart of Amsterdam.
• The Royal Palace and the New Church.
• The National Monument, honoring those fallen in World War II.
• The historic De Wallen district.
• The Nieuwmarkt, with its picturesque medieval tower.
• The charming Spui square and the serene Beguine Court.
• The Flower Market, a burst of color and aromas.

At the end of our walking tour, we will meet with the entire group to enjoy a one-hour cruise through Amsterdam’s wonderful canals aboard a private Shore2Shore boat. From this unique perspective, we will admire:

• The historic canal ring, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• The elegant 17th-century merchant houses.
• The ornate facades and picturesque churches.
• The iconic Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge).
• The peaceful course of the Amstel River.

At the end of the excursion, you may return to the port accompanied by our guide or, if you prefer, enjoy free time to continue exploring this wonderful city on your own.

• THE ORDER OF THE PLACES TO VISIT MAY BE CHANGED BY THE GUIDE'S ORGANIZATION AND TRAFFIC AND/OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.
• This excursion is NOT SUITABLE for people with reduced mobility and/or those who require the use of a wheelchair. Neither the buses nor the boats used for the canal ride are wheelchair accessible.
• We will have one guide per group of 15 people. By local Tourism law, the guide can only lead a maximum number of people at a time.

Disembarkation Information

Upon disembarkation, please walk towards the terminal building. There, a passport control may take place.

Right after passing the control inside the terminal, our Shore2Shore guides will be waiting for you, holding an identification sign.
