What you'll do
Our Shore2Shore Excursions guide will meet you at the Amsterdam Port where we board an air-conditioned coach to take a guided tour.
During the bus ride, we will see all important places: the beautiful historic center and new and modern urban extensions (stop for photo).
We will see many of the historic buildings and attractions, including the City Hall, Market Waterloo, Central Station, Museum Square and much more along the canals.
At the Dam Square we will leave the bus to see more closely the Royal Palace, the New church and the National Monument (visits to the interior are not included).
Also we will visit the floating flower market with the former Convent of the Beguines.
At the end of our tour we have the possibility to make a one-hour boat trip through the canals of Amsterdam in you wish to include this option.
We will then return to the Port so you can re-join your ship for onward passage to your next port of call.

- Comfortable footwear is recommended.
- This excursion is NOT SUITABLE for people with reduced mobility and/or those who require the use of a wheelchair. Neither the buses nor the boats used for the canal cruise are adapted for wheelchairs.
- We will have one guide for every group of 15 people. By local tourism law, the guide can only take a maximum number of people at a time.
Meeting point
Your guide will be waiting with the Shore2Shore poster at the terminal. There is very little distance between the ship and the terminal.
