Upon your arrival at the port of Cobh, our guide will be waiting for you with the Shore2Shore sign to start a fantastic excursion through Cork, one of the most authentic and characterful cities in Ireland.

Known as the Royal Capital of Ireland, Cork combines history, architecture, tradition, and a lively atmosphere that makes it very different from other Irish cities. In 2005, it was designated European Capital of Culture and retains a unique character reflected in its streets, historical traces, and markets.

During our panoramic visit, we will discover the most outstanding corners of the city, built on the River Lee, whose waters surround the historic center and create a unique urban layout. Along the route, we will admire some of its most emblematic buildings and learn the stories and curiosities that make Cork such a special place.

Our visit will include a stop at the historic campus of University College Cork, where you can stroll through its beautiful gardens, admire its 19th-century architecture, and have time to visit the interiors of its buildings, if they are open to the public.

Afterwards, we will enjoy free time to explore Cork at your own pace and choose how to experience the city: walk along the lively shopping streets of Oliver Plunkett Street, discover the charming Huguenot Quarter, browse the stalls of the famous English Market, or head to the Shandon neighborhood to admire its unique four-faced clock, popularly known as The Four-Faced Liar.
