- Activity level medium
What you'll do
Upon arrival of your cruise, you will be met at the port by our guide, identified with the Shore2Shore sign.
After an approximately 40-minute drive from the port of Marseille, we will arrive in Aix-en-Provence, where we will visit the Saint-Sauveur Cathedral (11th to 13th century) and its gardens, which date back to the 12th century.
We will enjoy a pleasant walk through the historic center (about an hour and a half) before reaching the famous Mazarin District, a residential area created for the bourgeoisie of Aix-en-Provence by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin in the latter half of the 17th century.
The tour will end with some free time to do a bit of shopping, as the pedestrian streets of Aix offer wonderful Provençal craft shops.
Return to the port and farewell at the end of the excursion.
