Discovering Paris

Pickup by our guide at the port of Le Havre, identified with a Shore2Shore sign.

On this full-day excursion, we will have the opportunity to contemplate and admire the main attractions of Paris, the capital of France and one of the most elegant and beautiful cities in the world. 

Departing from the port of Le Havre, we will travel by road for approximately three hours to Paris, a city that will surprise us and where we can admire the splendor of the Champs-Élysées, affectionately called by the French the most beautiful avenue in the world.
Our guide will tell us all the history and the most interesting anecdotes about the Ville Lumière. 

We will also enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower, built in 1889 to commemorate the Universal Exposition held that year in the city, being one of the most innovative engineering works of its time, as with its height of 324 meters, it became the tallest structure in Paris and the second tallest in the country.  

We will have free time, about an hour and a half, to have lunch and discover some interesting and characteristic sites of this beautiful city, such as the Place de la Concorde and many others.
 
On returning to the bus, before heading back to the port, we will make a brief photo stop in the area of the Eiffel Tower.

At the end of the excursion, we will return to the ship for the farewell.
