What you'll do

Upon arrival, our guide will be waiting for you at the port, identified with the Shore2Shore sign, to begin this fascinating tour of Copenhagen.

We will start with a two-hour panoramic bus tour, during which we will explore the main points of interest in the city. Among them, we highlight the famous Little Mermaid of Copenhagen, the city’s most iconic emblem, known for its origin in the tale by Hans Christian Andersen. This monument is a must-see for visitors, being one of the most visited in Denmark.

Next, we will head to the Amalienborg Palace, the winter residence of the Danish royal family. This elegant complex of four rococo-style palaces, built in the 18th century, is the seat of Danish sovereignty. Two of these palaces are open to the public and offer a fascinating insight into royal life.

Then, we will visit Nyhavn, a picturesque 17th-century canal and waterfront promenade. With its colorful historic buildings and lively atmosphere, Nyhavn is the perfect place to enjoy the architecture and local life while relaxing in one of its bars or cafés by the water.

We will also pass by the Danish Radio Concert Hall and the impressive Copenhagen Opera House, two of the most modern and expensive buildings in the world, symbolizing Denmark’s commitment to culture and the arts. The Opera House, in particular, is a cutting-edge architectural monument that has become a global reference.

Next, we will admire the old Stock Exchange building (Børsen), a gem of Danish architecture, crowned by four dragon tails spiraling upwards, representing the Nordic countries. This historic building is a clear example of classic Danish style.

We will also visit the Christiansborg Palace, which houses the Danish parliament, the prime minister’s office, and the Supreme Court. Additionally, some of its rooms are used by the royal family for official events, including the chapel and the royal stables.

During the excursion, we will make stops in the Amalienborg and Opera areas so you can get closer and take photos of these majestic places.

Our last stop will be the Rosenborg Castle, where we will take an exterior visit. This castle, originally conceived as a summer residence, is surrounded by beautiful gardens known as Kongens Have, the King’s Garden. This green space, designed before the castle itself, is one of the city’s green lungs. Rosenborg Castle also houses the Crown Museum, which exhibits jewels and historic objects of the Danish royalty, telling the story of the monarchs from the 16th to the 19th century.

We will conclude our visit with time for one last look at the city before returning to the port for farewell.

This tour will allow you to immerse yourself in the rich history and beauty of Copenhagen, a city that combines the modern with the traditional, leaving unforgettable memories of its splendid heritage.
